Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardising one’s financial security or lifestyle. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
Hypothetical performance disclosure
Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. In fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program.
One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results.
There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all which can adversely affect trading results.

Information, not financial advice
Prop League is an informational performance-verification, competition and talent-discovery platform. It is not a prop trading firm, broker, exchange, financial adviser, investment adviser, futures commission merchant, introducing broker or custodian.
Rankings, profiles, analytics, editorial content, alerts and firm activity are provided for information and competition purposes. Nothing on the Platform is personalised financial, investment, trading, tax, employment or legal advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument.
Substantial risk of trading loss
Futures, forex, options, digital assets and other leveraged products are volatile and may not be suitable for you. Leverage magnifies gains and losses. You may lose your trading capital, funded-account access, fees, accumulated profits or more where the applicable account agreement permits.
Market conditions can make it difficult or impossible to execute, close or value a position at the expected price. Slippage, liquidity, volatility, exchange controls, technology failures and provider risk can materially change an outcome.
Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Consider your financial position, experience, objectives and the independent advice available to you before trading or purchasing access to a prop-firm programme.
Simulated and live results are different
Sim League results come from funded accounts that still operate on simulated capital. Although the results are sourced from an authorised connection, simulated trading does not expose a trader to every condition, execution constraint, emotional pressure or liquidity effect of live trading.
Live League results come from accounts classified as live-funded, but the size, permissions, loss limits and commercial terms are controlled by the relevant firm. A live-funded label does not mean the trader owns the account balance or can withdraw all displayed P&L.
Results from one competition should not be treated as directly interchangeable with results from another.
Past performance is not predictive
No representation is made that a trader, team or firm will repeat a displayed result. A strong ranking may reflect a particular market regime, risk level, account structure, sample size or period that will not recur.
Drawdowns, losing accounts and closed runs may be included under competition rules, but no historical metric can capture every source of future risk. Hypothetical projections, estimates and forward-looking statements are inherently uncertain.
What verification does and does not mean
“Source-verified” means that performance data was received through an authorised supported connection and processed under Prop League’s rules. It does not mean Prop League audited the trader, firm or provider, guaranteed every source record, or independently confirmed beneficial ownership of funds.
Broker and provider data can be delayed, incomplete, corrected or unavailable. Classification can depend on identifiers and information supplied by firms or providers. Prop League may correct a confirmed data or classification error, which can change a profile, ranking or team result.
Rankings and analytics have limits
A ranking is the output of the published competition measure for a defined period. It is not an assessment of creditworthiness, professional competence, employability, regulatory status or suitability for any particular account or strategy.
Rankings may move when new data is processed, accounts qualify or retire, reviews conclude, tie-breaks apply or errors are corrected. Analytics may use derived calculations and rounding. Users should not rely on a single metric without understanding its definition, account population and time window.
Prop firms, brokers and connection providers
Prop firms and brokers are independent third parties. Their account rules, evaluation criteria, payout policies, pricing, financial condition, regulatory position, technology and customer service are outside Prop League’s control.
A firm being listed, connected, verified or represented in a ranking does not mean Prop League guarantees or endorses it. Names, logos and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Users should conduct their own due diligence before paying a firm, connecting credentials or accepting an account.
Transfer Market and firm offers
Transfer Market visibility does not guarantee that a firm will view, shortlist or make an offer to a trader. An offer shown on the Platform may be subject to the firm’s contract, eligibility checks, account availability and other conditions.
When an offer is accepted, the resulting arrangement is directly between the trader and firm. Prop League is not a party and does not guarantee a funded account, payment, profit split, sign-on bonus, team place or the firm’s performance of its promises. Both parties should review the final agreement and obtain independent advice where appropriate.
Mentors and educational content
Mentors listed on Prop League are independent providers. A listing does not mean Prop League guarantees the mentor’s availability, statements, methods, conduct or results. Private mentoring is contracted and paid for directly between trader and mentor unless a future product expressly states otherwise.
Mentor sessions, private Pro content, commentary and educational material are general education only. They are not personalised financial, investment or trading advice and do not guarantee that a user will improve performance, obtain funding or avoid losses.
Jurisdiction and user responsibility
Trading products, prop-firm programmes and performance-based arrangements may be regulated or restricted differently across jurisdictions. The availability of a Platform feature does not mean it is lawful or suitable in your location.
You are responsible for determining which laws, tax rules, disclosure obligations and firm restrictions apply to you. Prop League may restrict access where required, but does not represent that every listed firm or instrument is authorised in every country.
